MGM Resorts International is an American global hospitality and entertainment company operating destination resorts in Las Vegas, Detroit, Mississippi, Maryland, and New Jersey, including Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, and Park MGM. In January 2019 the company took over Empire City Casino in Yonkers, New York, and also opened MGM National Harbor in Maryland and MGM Springfield in Massachusetts. mLife is the reward program at MGM resorts.

A visitor mentioned, "Stayed here many many times before and was moved from Park MGM to MGM Grand Las Vegas since Park is not yet open. I was hesitant to stay as I had issues in the past. Unfortunately, I have several issues on this recent stay. After waiting in the check in line for over 30 minutes due to limited staff, I went to my room. Upon arrival, I noticed the safe was locked from previous guest so I waited 20 minutes for security to unlock the safe. The thermostat was off and I set at 65 and the room was never cooled down. There was a clump of hair on the shower wall from the previous guest that disgusted me. The casino staff was overall unfriendly and the enforcement of the mask rules did not apply to all. I did voice my concerns and issues to the front desk and was given a resort fee credit"
